In a safe, warm setting, together we explore where you are stuck between two cultures. We look at the influences of your cultural background, your family of origin, inner beliefs and current life choices. We bring light to that which hinders you and work step by step on inner space, strength and peace.

No standard programs. You are unique-so is your process. Together we agree on your needs: more self-compassion, feeling your limits better, dealing with cultural pressure, finding balance between loyalty and autonomy.

Who I am
My name is Lucy Kwee and as a second generation Asian woman in the Netherlands, I know the tension of two cultures inside out. For years I tried to meet all expectations-those of my family, society, and myself. Until I realized that I didn’t know what my own voice was.
My journey took me from biomedical science to psychology, from adaptation to autonomy. And now I help others walk that road as well. Not with quick fixes, but with real attention, curiosity and respect for your pace.
