1. Free introductory meeting
I offer a free and non-binding introductory meeting, which can take place by telephone, online or in practice. This conversation is intended to understand your situation and assess whether there is a good fit for effective collaboration. It is important to me that you feel comfortable and that together we lay a good foundation for further cooperation. This helps to build a relationship of trust and ensure that the guidance properly meets your needs.
2. Intake session
The first session is an extensive intake of one hour. During this session we take the time to explore your goals, wishes and expectations. Together we create a personalized treatment plan that focuses on your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment from the start in which we can effectively work on your well-being.
3. Continued sessions
Each follow-up appointment lasts one hour. In these sessions we continue to work on your personal goals, evaluate progress and adjust the approach if necessary. Your growth and well-being are central, and I am ready to support and guide you every step of the way.
4. Duo sessions
Duotherapy sessions are intended for two people who want to work on their well-being together. For example, this could be a couple who want to tackle problems together, a parent and a child who need support together, or two people who want to help each other with personal growth. During these sessions we focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts or promoting shared goals. It offers an opportunity to work together towards a common goal and can be very effective in strengthening mutual relationships.
5. Group sessions
Group sessions offer a unique opportunity to work with others on personal development. These sessions are designed to take advantage of the dynamics and interaction within a group.
Benefits of group sessions:
Support and connection: in group sessions you meet others who may be experiencing similar challenges. This can create a sense of connection and support, which can be motivating and reassuring.
Sharing experiences and insights: Sharing experiences and listening to the stories of others can provide new perspectives and help you better understand your own situation. It can also lead to valuable insights and ideas that you might not have discovered on your own.
Feedback and reflection: group sessions provide the opportunity to receive feedback from both the facilitator and other group members. This can help with self-reflection and identifying new solution strategies.
Social skills and communication: Working in a group can help improve social skills and communication, which can be valuable for personal and professional growth.
Cost benefit: Group sessions can be more cost-effective than individual sessions, whilst still providing a wide range of support and guidance.
6. Location of the sessions
The sessions take place online, in practice or as walking sessions in the beautiful Voorlinden estate and Meijendel nature reserve opposite the practice. There is free parking directly in front of the practice.
